--> PhD position starting Autumn 2026 — Redox control of DNA replication

Did you know that physiological reactive oxygen species (like hydrogen peroxide) can promote genome duplication? But we still don’t fully understand how this works — and that’s exactly what this PhD will explore.

We’re recruiting a PhD student to investigate how mitochondrial redox cues tune DNA replication in normal and cancer-like contexts.

The position is recruited via the prestigious ICR–MRC PhD Programme, with selection taking place in early 2026 for an Autumn 2026 start.
